20% Advanced Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations, Advanced Payments, and NO SHOW are NONREFUNDABLE. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past the reserved time are considered as NO SHOWS and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Valid ID and the same credit card used to process this payment must be presented upon check-in. The balance due must be paid at the time of arrival.
